SHOW/GAME INTERESTS

Most of these are probably gonna change majorly over time cuz I tend to move around fandoms and hyperfixations often but this is just what's going on in my head right now :P

Wakfu

I LOVE WAKFU SO MUCH!!! I've literally been a fan of the show ever since I was a little kid watching random shows on Netflix on the living room TV. I think I literally remember when the OVAs/season 3 came out which is kinda insane since the studio is literally working on season 5 soon.

Honestly I have a lot of critiques on the show and the studio in general with how they handled the later seasons/characters, but I also look up to them a lot because of the amount of creativity and love that was put into the Wakfu/Dofus universe and I'm really excited to see where the studio goes after they finish off Wakfu!! I've literally dumped like at least $300 on the game and merch and s5 kickstarter and I usually NEVER spend money on things. Wakfu is legit so important to me I fear I won't be able to describe how important the show is to me in words.

I KNOW I'M GLAZING IT A LOT HELP I just really appreciate the show/games. Like legit I think waking up my Wakfu hyperfixation has saved me more than once cuz it's just something that's so easy for me to get back into even when I feel like shit :3

I will literally never shut up about Wakfu like if it ever looks like I'm over it then I'm either lying or the hyperfixation is hibernating again

WHY IS IT SO DAMN HARD TO FIND ANY DECENT GIFS OF THIS SHOW!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyways I'm just a rlly big fan of the show right now :3 I can't wait for season 4 BUT I'M ALSO SO SAD CUZ I GOT SO FUCKING HYPERFIXATED ON REX AS A CHARACTER AND HE FUCKING SPLODES HIS OWN DAMN BONES AND A STUPID ROBOT TAKES HIS IDENTITY!!!

I'm probably gonna be over this hyperfixation in like a week or two but it'll come back when season 4 comes out trust!! I'm also just not really that into the fandom right now anyways because the fandom is like 90% homophobic teen boys so I'm kinda scared to like exist in the fandom sighh

MORE MOUSE BITES!!!!

I may be going a little insane over this one but the show is genuinely entertaining and makes a very good show to put on in the background when I'm doing literally anything and the jokes the fandom makes are funny

ALSO I DON'T CARE WHAT ANYONE SAYS HOUSE 100% HAS AUTISM IT HAS BEEN PEER REVIEWED!!!

I am aware that the show is like 50% problematic jokes and 50% House being an asshole but honestly it just scratches a part of my brain that I don't think any other medical show could do

My Little Pony

I don't really talk about this one that much mostly cuz it comes and goes a lot (and also varies a lot like there was a short time I was hyperfixated on a specific ship in a specific comic LMAO), but generally I'm really into MLP even though I don't show it!! I love to draw/write about my MLP OCs like I even have a secret social media account that I literally just MLP post on LMAO

So yeah it's kind of a "sometimes" hyperfixation but it's still there in the back of my mind a lot :3

MUSIC INTERESTS

This section is gonna be shorter but I usually just listen to whatever sounds good to me :/ like I have a few favorite bands that I'll go over right now. I usually listen to whatever genre my favorite bands are from but it varies a lot lol

And One

I LOVE AND ONE!! I discovered them like half a year ago (around September/October 2024) and have listened to them on and off like all the time!! I think I have literally listened to all of their avaliable albums on Spotify and listening to And One has let me discover a lot of other rlly cool German song artists/bands :3

I think And One is one of the few bands I have actually fully hyperfixated on, and I rlly hope they become more popular so I can have someone to talk to about the band cuz their music is SO DAMN GOOD!!! They're the band/music I'm currently into right now, I even have a playlist with their music + other music I really enjoyed

Gorillaz

It's very hard to go wrong with Gorillaz for me honestly. I really like their music since it's partially nostalgic and it's also just fun to listen to LMAO. When I don't know what to listen to on Spotify I usually just default to Gorillaz

Modest Mouse

Again another really nostalgic band for me!! I don't really listen to Modest Mouse all the time but they're still a very important band to me because you really can't go wrong with their more popular songs and it's a nice comfort to have when I'm really out of options :P

Lemon Demon

I don't really listen to him that much anymore but when I say I was a huge fucking fan of him back in 2020 I mean I was HOPELESSLY hyperfixated on his music back in 2020. Like I think he's the only song artist to make it out of my 2020 listening era intact. I sometimes listen to him now but it's very occasional especially cuz my taste has just sorta changed after a while, but his music is still fun to listen to from time to time :3

Back
